FILLER
WHAT IS FILLER?
Filler is an application done with an injection containing hyaluronic acid, commonly used to treat the signs of aging in the face and various areas of the body, such as wrinkles, sagging, and fine lines. Hyaluronic acid, one of the body's structural components, decreases with age and environmental factors, resulting in a loss of volume in individuals. Filler is applied in the desired areas to provide hyaluronic acid support.
What Are the Areas of Application for Fillers?
Lip filler
Nasolabial filler
Cheek filler
Nose filler
Jawline filler

Temporal and forehead filler
In addition to these applications, it is also a surgical method that we apply to the areas such as chest and buttocks.
Lip Filler:
Lip Filler is a method used to make lips more prominent, shape them, and make them fuller; as well as to reduce aesthetic concerns of those with naturally thin lips, and to remove asymmetrical appearances. Local anaesthetic cream is applied to the area before the application. It is applied by injection or cannula depending on the preference of the specialist. The application takes ten to fifteen minutes. Swelling, bruising, and redness may appear post-application, which is a normal occurrence that does not require treatment and usually resolves in a few days. Avoid contact with very hot and cold temperatures for twenty-four hours.
Nasolabial Filling:
Nasolabial filling is a application done to the area commonly known as the smile line, extending from the wings of the nose to the corners of the mouth. Nasolabial folds are wrinkles that can make a person look sad and tired. They can be seen early on in some people due to their facial shape, as well as environmental factors and age. This application is often used to get rid of this appearance. Nasolabial filling is a very short process. It is applied by needle or injection depending on the preference of the specialist. After the application, contact with the hands should be avoided for twenty-four hours, and hot and cold applications should be avoided.
Cheekbone and Cheek Filling:
Cheekbone and cheek filling is a preferred method for removing congenital or trauma-caused depressions in the cheekbone and cheek area, preventing volume loss, and achieving a younger and healthier look. With cheekbone and cheek filling, people have a more proportional and dynamic look. The result is immediately obtained post-application and the healing process is fast, making it a commonly used method. Cheekbone and cheek filling are done by hyaluronic acid injection or fat injection. Depending on the preference, the application time varies between fifteen and thirty minutes. The duration of use is between eight months and one year, and it continues to be effective for a longer period with consecutive applications. After the application, contact with the treated area should be avoided; it is recommended to stay away from hot environments such as intense sports, baths, and saunas for a few days. For swelling and minor redness, cold applications are suggested. It is one of the lunchtime applications that does not affect the person’s social life.
Nose Filler:
Nose filler is a filling application method that we apply to the area in order to eliminate the aesthetic concerns of patients by providing volume to the area that sags, is bent or lacks contour. Since it is an application that provides volume, nose filling application does not alter the size of the nose. The size of the nose can only be altered by surgery. With the nose filling application, asymmetries and sags of the nose can be eliminated and the nose base can be raised by lifting the nose tip up. The procedure can be done by applying local anaesthetic cream at the request therefore the pain is minimized. The application takes fifteen to twenty minutes. There may be redness and occasionally some bruising, post-application. This does not affect the patient’s social life. Post-application, it is necessary to avoid contact the application area and stay away from hot applications for a few days. The permanence varies from patient to patient between twelve and twenty-four months.
Jawline Filler:
Jawline filler is a non-surgical filling technique that is applied to the mandibular bone extension from the chin to the front of the ears, in order to provide the golden ratio of the chin and to give a more aesthetic look by ovalizing the facial line.
When is Jawline Filler Performed?
In order to fix:
Asymmetric chin appearance,
Jowl sagging,
Small and backward chin line,
Structural chin problems.
Jawline filler is preferably done with a cannula in order not to affect the vascular and nerve health. The procedure is applied with the help of anaesthetic creams to reduce the pain as much as possible. The procedure takes ten to fifteen minutes. The patient can continue their social life after the application. During the application day, no water should be applied to the face and contact with the hands should be avoided for a few days.
Under-eye light filling:
Under-eye light filling is a filling procedure that we apply in order to prevent moisture loss in the skin caused by age and environmental factors (such as sleep disturbances, stress, unhealthy diet) and to give the skin a healthier look, aiming to regain skin vitality and plumpness. The sunken and tired look around the eyes can be safely removed with the help of hyaluronic acid with this application. In some cases (severe under-eye bruising), mesotherapy application can also be combined with under-eye light filling. The procedure is made painless with anaesthetic cream and is applied with the help of a cannula. The procedure takes ten to fifteen minutes. Its permanence varies between twelve and eighteen months. Contact with water and hand contact should be avoided during the application day.
Temporal and Forehead Filler:
The bony area located on both sides of the face and eyes is called the temporal. Aging process can be reversed by a procedure that lifts the eyebrows downwards and eliminates tired looks. This procedure reshapes the forehead and gives a more aesthetic appearance to the face. During the procedure, thin needles are used to minimize bruising. It is a short and painless procedure. In order to eliminate wrinkles on the forehead, reduce other wrinkles and restore mobility, toxin injections should be preferred. After toxin injection, wrinkles and lines that cannot be eliminated can be filled using a cannula and fine injection method in the forehead. It is a painless procedure and one can return to their social life within the same day.
